Hannah on the Podium in York Tri
Local Student, Hannah Howitt enjoyed a great race at York Triathlon on Sunday 27th April, securing 1st place in her Age Group and 2nd Lady overall, from a field of 64.
This was a real achievement for Hannah, who only competed in her first Triathlon last year. She completed the 400m Swim, 18k Bike and 5k run in 1:06:00, 2.5 mins behind the overall winner, but 8 mins clear of 3rd place. Her time would also have earned her a very credible 26th place in the mens overall from a field of 149.
